1. I-Anodic Ukwelashwa
I-Anodising isebenzisa i-electrolysis ukukhiqiza ifilimu ye-oxide ejiyile, exineneyo ebusweni be-aluminium substrate. 3.I-Fluorocarbon Coating
I-Fluorocarbon coating isebenzisa upende osekelwe ku-fluororesin osetshenziswa ezingqimbeni eziningi (ngokuvamile i-primer, i-topcoat, kanye ne-clearcoat) ukwakha ungqimba oluvikelayo. Ibonisa ukumelana nesimo sezulu okumangalisayo kanye nokumelana nokugqwala, ibekezelela izimo ezimbi kakhulu kufaka phakathi imisebe ye-ultraviolet, amazinga okushisa aphezulu, umswakama ophezulu, kanye nokuchayeka ku-fog enosawoti omningi. I-coating yayo imelana nokuhlolwa kokufuthwa kukasawoti okungaphezu kwamahora ayi-1,000 ngaphandle kokugqwala futhi inesikhathi senkonzo esingaphezu kweminyaka eyi-10. Isetshenziswa kakhulu ezindaweni zezentengiselwano eziphezulu, izikhumulo zezindiza, amalabhorethri, nakwezinye izindawo ezifuna ukumelana nokugqwala okumangalisayo.
Kusukela emibhoshongweni yamahhovisi eyomile kuya emahhotela asogwini olunomswakama, ubuchwepheshe bokulungisa ubuso buhlela izixazululo zokuvikela ezenzelwe wena zezingxenye ze-aluminium. Lokhu akugcini nje ngokuqinisekisa ukuqina komkhiqizo isikhathi eside kodwa futhi kunikeza ukwesekwa okuqinile kobuhle bezakhiwo nokuphepha. Kubathengi kanye nababambiqhaza bephrojekthi ngokufanayo, ukuhlola izinqubo zokulungisa ubuso sekuyindlela ebalulekile yokuhlola ikhwalithi yokuhlukanisa i-aluminium.
